How it Works

In-depth consultation

After you fill out the form below to book a consultation, I’ll get in touch so we can find a time that suits you.

We’ll talk about your likes, dislikes, goals, schedule, available equipment, other commitments and budget, and then I’ll suggest a range of options that might suit you.

Truly personalised programming

I wholeheartedly reject the “cookie-cutter” approach that most online programming takes, believing it to be cynical at best, probably ineffective and potentially pretty dangerous.

We will begin with a comprehensive movement screening so I can select from the hundreds of possible exercises I have recorded videos of and find the movements that best suit your body, using the equipment you have available.

I will structure your training in whatever way best fits with your other commitments, whether that means multiple daily micro-workouts, more conventional 1-3x / week programming, or whatever else!

Your own customised app

Your programme will be delivered via my custom app. It has hundreds of videos of me demonstrating exercises, options for tracking all sorts of metrics that may be of interest to you, and a built-in messenger that lets you send videos of your form etc.

It’s completely customisable, so doesn’t come with any weird assumptions about your reasons for training, and it syncs with many common fitness apps you may already use.

Flexible pricing, minimal commitment

I offer programming with online support from as little as £50 per month. Please see my pricing page for details.

We’ll begin with a trial month so you can make sure it works for you. Beyond that, we move to a monthly direct debit arrangement that you can cancel at any time.

Regular check-ins

Depending on the frequency you choose, we’ll meet every week or month to reflect on your training.

We’ll celebrate your successes, answer your questions, and adapt to any changes, continually refining our approach so it serves you as well as possible.
