Guy directs your focus on what your body can do, rather than how it can look. I found that working with Guy made the gym less intimidating, and gave me a much better understanding of my body (and bad back)! The exercises programme he designed allowed me to achieve goals I'd never even set out do to. For example, I could deadlift my body weight and do a pull up after a few months. If you want to train your body in a healthy and sustainable way, then I couldn't recommend Guy enough!”
