“Guy is a wonderful personal trainer and very much caring and compassionate about working with me as an individual to achieve the goals I set myself. He focuses on the ways I prefer to work and I feel empowered to speak about the training that interests me as well as play and explore new ways of doing things too. I love weight training because it makes me feel strong in my body and also gives me a great sense of calm in my mind afterwards. We work very technically with the weights and develop these skills over a period of time so that every time a sequence improves and gets better and better. I am so appreciative to Guy for accepting me as I am, and not putting me in any boxes or telling me what I should be (or not) achieving or doing. It is very refreshing to feel so positive about myself every time I leave the gym after a training session, I really recommend Guy and welcome any further conversation if you'd like to hear more about my perspective of the sessions.
